Junior Marketing & Communication Officer (VIE) M/F

The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the local Head of Marketing and Communication providing support for the following activities:

- Support the management of internal and external communication activities - Draft, edit, and proofread content for communication materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other client-facing documents - Prepare layouts and graphic materials for internal and external communication - Support the organization and delivery of corporate events for clients and prospects - Maintain and update the event pipeline and tracking tools - Monitor and report on the commercial outcomes generated by events - Support the commercial network by gathering client information to help shape marketing strategies and action plans - Assist with external communication and media relations activities, including press materials, interviews, and press releases - Manage non-commercial mass mailings, such as monthly market views and investment updates - Coordinate the procurement of branded materials, such as gadgets, stationery, and gifts, in line with Group guidelines - Update and manage content for the Italian intranet - Coordinate website update requests with the international team - Prepare reports, forms, and other administrative materials as required

  Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Previous experience in communication, marketing, or event coordination would be considered a plus
