Job Description
We advise on employment and workforce issues arising from transactional, advisory and contentious mandates. The team supports M&A, restructurings, investigations and disputes, as well as ongoing workforce, regulatory and risk‑management matters. We advise on individual and collective employment issues, senior executive matters and complex cross‑border workforce projects, collaborating closely with corporate, finance, tax and disputes colleagues across the firm. Our employment lawyers operate through an international network, providing coordinated and consistent advice on multi‑jurisdictional and high‑risk matters to a broad range of clients, including corporates, financial institutions, asset managers and other institutional investors.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Draft legal documents (memoranda, pleadings, contracts) clearly and concisely.
- Work with Partners and associates from different backgrounds and nationalities.
- Create solutions using legal expertise and effective research techniques.
- Be proactive in keeping your legal knowledge and technical skills up to date.
Qualifications
Entry‑level Associate who has obtained the CAPA and completed postgraduate studies in labour law or private business law. New to the profession or with early‑career experience.
