SWEN Investor Relations teamis looking for an apprentice to join the team and support the sales in a wide range of missions and projects.
Tasks / responsibilities:
- Support the Sales / Investor Relations team in the prospection, preparation of client meetings and follow-up on the leads
- Contribute to RFPs and DDQs
- Work with IR support members to prepare and gather information to clients’ day to day demands
- In charge of maintaining the CRM sales pipeline and reporting of the sales activities
- Work on market and competition analysis to support strategic prospection
- Work in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous interfaces within the organization (investment teams, ESG analysts, reporting, middle office, risk and compliance …)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (EN and FR)
- Superior quantitative and analytical skills
- Problem-solving, project management and presentation skills
- Leadership abilities with high ethical standards
- A strong team player with a kind personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and ability to achieve goals collaboratively
- Autonomy, proactivity and reliability in delivering results
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in finance, science or another highly quantitative subject
- Preferably with experience from previous internships, ideally in consulting or financial marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- High interest in ESG / Impact topics
- Fluency in English and French
