SURVISION, a world leader in the license plate recognition (LPRN) market, is looking for a Junior Innovation Engineer – Software & AI (M/F) .

Main missions

Within Survision's innovation department, you will actively participate in the study and integration of cutting‑edge technologies to strengthen our competitive advantage. Your responsibilities will be varied and evolving, depending on ongoing projects:

• Development of prototypes and POCs : Design and implement proofs of concept (software/hardware) to validate the technical feasibility of new solutions (algorithms, sensor integration, etc.).
• Technology watch and evaluation : Explore and test new hardware platforms (CMOS, GPU, NPU, specialized sensors) and software (AI frameworks, image processing libraries, etc.), in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Applied AI research : Contribute to the study and integration of innovative artificial intelligence architectures for our future products (computer vision, signal processing, etc.).
• Cross‑functional collaboration : Working closely with R&D teams (hardware, software, algorithms) to facilitate the transfer of validated technologies to final products.

Desired profile

Education : Engineering degree or master's degree in computer science, robotics, signal processing, artificial intelligence or related field.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, C/C++.
• Practical experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.).
• Knowledge of hardware architectures (GPU, CPU, sensors) and ability to test/evaluate them.
• Interest in image processing, computer vision or signal processing.
• Knowledge of electronics or hardware prototyping (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.) is appreciated.
• Intellectual curiosity : A desire to explore new technologies, to learn continuously, and to propose innovative ideas.
• Autonomy and rigor : Ability to lead projects from A to Z, from monitoring to technical validation.
• Team spirit : Ability to collaborate with diverse profiles (hardware, software, algorithms).
