  • Work closely with Partners, Managers and Employees to provide hands‑on and strategic input, insight and advice on people‑related issues across various topics such as talent management, employee relations, training and development, conflict management and organizational development
  • Handle administrative tasks such as contract creation and provide occasional payroll support.
  • Work with the Head of HR for France & BENELUX in establishing and driving HR initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with the company's and the group’s business objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide HR policy guidance on practices within Belgium and Luxembourg, in order to support the strategic growth of the business
  • Work with local managers and partners to conduct performance management meetings and assist in identifying and defining training needs for teams and individuals
  • Analyse HR trends and metrics in order to create various HR Reports as needed by the business
  • Continuous learning with sponsorship of work‑related certification programs
  • Possibility to gain in-depth knowledge of the regulatory and organisational challenges faced by financial institutions, and related innovative technologies, in particular, AI‑based applications
  • Development of consulting best practices and skills such as business analysis and project management
  • International environment and motivating career development path within a non‑hierarchical organisation and promoting openness, teamwork and knowledge sharing within the firm and the Reply Group

  • At least a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or other relevant field of studies
  • Previous experience or internship working in the Human Resources department will be highly regarded
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
  • Knowledge or familiarity with French Labour regulations
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Fluent in French as well as English
