About This Opportunity – Junior HRBP Europe/MEA
Missions
Recruitment
- Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and draft job descriptions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer preparation for positions across the European entities.
- Support recruitment processes across the European entities at various stages, as required.
- Publish job advertisements on LinkedIn and Greenhouse, sourcing, and lead candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and engage the intern and apprentice population, including HR follow-up and the organization of onboarding and team-building initiatives.
HR Development
- Contribute to cross-functional global HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor HR KPIs across the International entities in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner International.
- Coordinate and oversee the annual performance review process across International entities.
- Identify training needs, prepare and monitor training budgets, and coordinate the implementation and follow-up of entity-level training plans.
HR Administration
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes across the European entities.
- Monitor and consolidate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with local payroll providers and stakeholders.
- Manage HR administration across the European entities, including employment contracts, personnel records, HR documentation, and compliance with local requirements.
HR Business Partnering
- Support managers on day-to-day HR matters to foster employee engagement and business performance.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of the HR Business Partner model across the entities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac +4/5) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Work experience: 5 years or more of relevant HRBP experience, 3 years or more of European HR management experience, with experience in the lifescience industry preferred.
- Fluency in English is required (minimum C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and confidence working with HRIS and other HR tools.
