Junior HR Generalist / HR Administrator

The opportunity

We are looking for a reliable, organised and service-focused HR professional to join our team in Créteil. Working closely with the HR Manager, France, you will help deliver the day-to-day HR support that keeps our people and processes running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, varied role with exposure across the full employee lifecycle, ideal for someone who enjoys operational HR and wants to build strong generalist expertise in an international environment.

What you’ll do

• Manage HR administration from onboarding through to offboarding, including contracts, employee records and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, working time, leave, absences, benefits and occupational health administration.
• Be an approachable first point of contact for everyday employee HR queries.
• Support recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding and induction activities.
• Assist with employee-relations documentation and the consistent application of French employment law and internal policies.
• Contribute to reporting, training, engagement, digitisation and continuous process improvement.

What you’ll bring

• Practical experience in HR administration, HR coordination or a junior HR generalist role.
• A good working knowledge of French employment law and HR administration in France.
• Fluent French and professional working English.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, discretion and follow-through.
• A pragmatic, service-minded approach and confidence handling sensitive information.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office; SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS would be an advantage.
• Availability to work from our Créteil office each working day.
