Principle Accountabilities

1. Assist in candidate selection, conduct interviews, and support onboarding.
2. Partner with managers to identify development needs and implement training plans.
3. Assist in planning and monitoring training programs.
4. Support HRBP with interviews, reviews, mission letters, and admin tasks.
5. Work with Senior HRBP on employee cases and support.
6. Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

1. Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
2. At least 3 years' HR experience (preferred).
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
5. Proficient in IT and HR software (Workday experience is a plus).
6. Fluent in English and French.
