Junior Forward Deployed Engineer — Build Growth Workflows

Leadbay is seeking a junior/early-career sales engineer to join the team in San Francisco. You will land small accounts in 30-minute calls and collaborate with larger customers to design agentic workflows within the MCP product, shipping widgets, prompts, and connectors that expand the sales pipeline.

You are technically capable and socially skilled, able to switch from Python to executive conversations in the same day.
