Your Mission: Become a Core Member of an AI-First Venture

As one of the first key hires reporting directly to the CTO, you will have a 360° role with a massive impact on the product. You will not be confined to a single task; you will be at the heart of the R&D, contributing to every stage of the AI product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Improve & Innovate: Participate in the enhancement of existing models by investigating a wide range of approaches (Reinforcement Learning, Boosting, CNN, GANs, LLMs, etc.).
• Architectural Decisions: Contribute to the architectural choices of the data platform on GCP.
• Prototype & Industrialize: Identify, prototype, and industrialize advanced AI products that deliver a strong ROI for clients, working on fascinating use cases such as:
• Extracting complex technical information from unstructured data (photos, documents, voice).
• Building a specialized search engine for complex product identification.
• Matching product references with varied names but identical uses.
• Drive a Culture of Excellence: Animate the internal tech community and conduct a permanent watch on AI/ML topics to propose innovations.

We are looking for a pragmatic, rigorous, and highly autonomous individual who thrives on complex challenges and is excited by the prospect of building something from scratch.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• You are a graduate of a top-tier Engineering School (e.g., X, Mines, Centrale, Ensta, ISAE, etc.).
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience developing Python applications with high-quality standards (code reviews, CI).
• You possess a strong command of supervised/unsupervised AI models on unstructured data.
• You are proficient in Python, SQL, and the associated ecosystem.

• Knowledge of a cloud stack, preferably GCP.
