Junior Data Engineer

Therapixel - a leading software company specializing in Artificial Intelligence applied to medical imaging.

Our goal is to provide radiologists with innovative software, designed with a high level of safety, quality, and performance, to help them improve their clinical practice, while contributing to the early detection of breast cancer.

Newly created position to reinforce our Data Team – 8 months mission (CDD).

The Data team is responsible for collecting, structuring, labelling, and making medical research data available to the AI and Clinical research teams.

At Therapixel, our mission is to revolutionize breast cancer detection through AI, requiring the richest medical datasets to develop the best AI models.

Missions and Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines for collecting medical data.
• Contribute to the labeling and structuring of medical data.
• Deploy secured infrastructures on partner sites.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a CS-related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant data engineering experience.
• Programming: Python and Bash (essential).
• English and French spoken and written.

• Git workflows (preferred).
