La mission :

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading retail banking institution specializing in customer-focused financial services. We are looking for a Junior Customer Relationship Officer to join this organization.

Responsibilities * Promote banking products and services for individuals (accounts, cards, loans, insurance, mutual funds); Actively participate in achieving the sales target and achieving quality objectives; * Provide consultancy to customers and support them in carrying out operations; * Record/update the information received from our customers; * Identify solutions for customers and develop long-term professional relationships. * Task Coordination Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned activities. * Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze relevant data to inform decision-making and track progress; comply with KYC provisions * Quality Assurance: Monitor work outputs to ensure they meet required standards and suggest improvements as needed. * Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate records and share insights or training with colleagues when applicable.
