Junior Content Manager

Overview

Join the Marketing and Communications team of the Yves Rocher brand to help build communication campaigns. You will contribute to content production, support communication briefs, and act as the primary point of contact for our communication agency, freelancers, and internal or external Art Directors. You will create content that reflects the brand’s identity and values for multiple channels (retail, merchandising, website, social media, CRM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage shooting briefs and oversee all post-production follow-up with the graphic production/DTP studio.
• Publish content to the internal repository and ensure relevance, consistency, and correct indexing.
• Work closely with the marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.
• Interact daily with multiple functions and areas of expertise (Production & DTP team, agencies, subsidiaries, PR & Influencer teams, Social Media, Merchandising, Retail, Digital, Regulatory Affairs, etc.).
• Stay up to date with content and social media trends by producing a trend report/benchmark to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
• Support the manager with delivery tracking and production of ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

• Degree from a Business School and/or a School of Communications.
• Previous experience in this field is recommended.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills (project management), proactivity, initiative, autonomy, and creativity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in coordinating to maintain relationships with all stakeholders while meeting deadlines and quality objectives.
• Proficiency in English is essential for an international role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Interest in the Yves Rocher brand and the cosmetics market as a whole.
