Your mission, roles and responsibilities
1. RFQ Process & Supplier Nomination
- Supplier selection in coordination with segment buyers
- Launching requests for quotation (RFQs)
- Conducting technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers
- Leading the supplier nomination process
2. Program Development & Execution
- Monitoring development schedules and ensuring supplier deliveries
- Ensuring suppliers meet quality targets
- Setting up program-specific contracts
- Ensuring ramp‑up readiness before launch and transfer to mass production
3. Purchasing Performance Management
- Processes and supplier strategy
- On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance
- Track economic performance
- Drive productivity during serial production
- Monitoring payment terms
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Currently in your final year of a Master’s degree (Bac+5), preferably with a specialization in purchasing
- Fluent in English
- Open‑minded, proactive, and autonomous
- A strong communicator, attentive, with analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to bring a fresh perspective to organizational practices
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Able to work within a matrix organization
- Resilient, energetic, dynamic, and agile
