Junior Business Analyst – AI Development

• Lead use cases from understanding business needs through to implementation
• Scope requirements with business teams and define the associated business rules
• Translate functional requirements into concrete, operational solutions
• Monitor contributors and act as the link between business and technical teams
• Design and develop AI and Data solutions
• Develop in Python and use Low-Code approaches, particularly with Dataiku
• Design and implement workflows using the client’s internal tool
• Manipulate and leverage data using SQL
• Develop REST APIs to expose and publish developed solutions
• Implement business and technical rules across various tools and environments
• Serve as the interface between business, Data/AI, and IT teams
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Challenge proposed solutions and contribute to implementation decisions
• Help drive engagement around AI and Data use cases
• Communicate the solutions developed, their uses, and their benefits
• Share best practices and contribute to solution adoption
• Prepare and deliver demonstrations, materials, and communications related to AI/Data initiatives

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, excluding internships and work-study programs
• Significant initial experience in development, Data, or AI
• Previous significant experience in a CIB banking environment is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with AI, Low-Code, or Dataiku projects
• REST API design and development
• Understanding of application architecture and information systems principles
• Proficiency with Low-Code/Data tools, particularly Dataiku
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI concepts
• Ability to understand business needs and contribute to their technical translation
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken
