The Business Law team handles both advisory and litigation work on a wide variety of cases including :

• M&A transactions
• Legal due diligence
• Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
• Anti-money laundering compliance
• Directors' liability issues
• Insolvency and restructuring proceedings
• Business formation and corporate governance
