A fast-growing medical aesthetics/healthcare business is looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Manager to develop new business across France.

The Opportunity

• Identify and open new accounts within the medical aesthetics and healthcare market.
• Build relationships with clinicians and decision-makers and develop opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, meetings, events and targeted campaigns.
• Work alongside senior sales and marketing teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and consistently deliver against targets.

About You

• 3-5+ years’ B2B sales experience; medical devices, aesthetics or healthcare preferred.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven record of winning new business.
• Confident communicator who enjoys prospecting and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Commercial, resilient and highly self-motivated.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across France.
• Valid driving licence.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Existing industry relationships are a plus.
• Fluent French required; English advantageous.
