What will be your role ?
Daily Accounting Task :
Create Purchase Order and match corresponding invoices
Approve payable invoices and prepare payment batch
Proceed with manual and automated payments
Maintain Supplier Database (creation, status, payment terms)
Maintain Fixed Assets Lists (creation, disposal, write off )
Maintain Provider Commission Model (calculate commissions, send invoices, update accruals)
Month-end process and reporting:
Participate to the month-end and yearly close
Collate and reconcile invoices to be received, and book accrual accordingly
Assist department in preparing or checking monthly reconciliations
Collate Data and prepare files for Regulatory Reporting
Update Consolidation Software HFM
Work on Interim and Year End Audit
Prepare Financial Statements of the year
Your Profile ?
Graduated in Finance - Accounting
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Flexibility and ability to grow with the role and the company
