• Hunt and open new enterprise & mid-market accounts.

• Turn prospects into qualified opportunities.

• Run client meetings and understand their business challenges.

• Build your own pipeline and sales strategy.

• Progressively own deals from first contact to signature.

• Work alongside experienced Sales, Growth, Marketing and Product teams.

• Keep Salesforce clean, sharp and actionable.

Your first 12 months

Build your own pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting.

Become autonomous on standard sales cycles, from qualification to closing.

Sign your first clients and progressively take ownership of larger opportunities.

Become a trusted member of the Sales team through strong execution, collaboration and continuous learning.

What success looks like

After 12 months, you’re able to hunt, qualify, pitch and close independently on standard opportunities.

You know how to build pipeline from scratch, you understand what makes a great sales process, and you’re ready to take on bigger accounts and more complex deals.
