Customer Care Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Handles incoming interactions in accordance with guidelines.
  • Generates client feedback when needed.
  • Manages own backlog of actions and e‑mails.

Experience Requirements

First experience in Customer Care or possibly as a receptionist or personal assistant.

Education Requirements

School education.
