Customer Care Analyst
Responsibilities
- Handles incoming interactions in accordance with guidelines.
- Generates client feedback when needed.
- Manages own backlog of actions and e‑mails.
Experience Requirements
First experience in Customer Care or possibly as a receptionist or personal assistant.
Education Requirements
School education.
