The Position's Primary Responsibilities Include

• Serving as a member of the Management Team collaborating with other senior managers.
• Serving as the top financial subject matter expert and overseeing the Financial Division.
• Overseeing annuities and ensuring proper funding is secured to pay future annuity payment streams.
• Providing guidance and direction for Lottery activities in the areas of development and administration of the Lottery’s biennial and annual budgets.
• Managing and leading the Finance team including directly managing the Finance Manager and Budget Manager.
• Overseeing jackpot activities and collaborating with out-of-state lotteries on multi-state games.
