The Position's Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Management Team collaborating with other senior managers.
• Act as the top financial subject matter expert and oversee the Financial Division.
• Oversee annuities and ensure proper funding is secured to pay future annuity payment streams.
• Provide guidance and direction for Lottery activities in the development and administration of the Lottery’s biennial and annual budgets.
• Manage and lead the Finance team, including directly managing the Finance Manager and Budget Manager.
• Oversee jackpot activities and collaborate with out‑of‑state lotteries on multi‑state games.
