Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. SAP Master Data Governance Functional Consultant to support enterprise master data governance initiatives as part of a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MDG domains, manufacturing master data, governance workflows, and cross‑functional integration.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP MDG / MDM experience
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP MDG implementations
• Strong experience in manufacturing master data governance

Core Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP MDG solutions
• Configure MDG data models, governance workflows, validation rules, and business rules
• Manage master data domains:
  • Material Master (MDG-M)
  • Supplier / Business Partner (MDG-S)
  • Customer (MDG-C)
  • Finance (MDG-F)
• Implement duplicate checks, match & merge, hierarchy management, and data stewardship workflows
• Support data migration, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements and integrations
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis, workshops, UAT, and post‑go‑live support
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise data governance policies

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Master Data Governance
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with:
  • SAP Materials Management (MM)
  • SAP Production Planning (PP)
  • SAP Quality Management (QM)
  • SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
  • SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Experience with BOM, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions
• Experience with data migration tools like LSMW / WinShuttle
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data governance standards
