Thus simplifying the recruitment process and making recruitment better value for money.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst who will serve as the bridge between the business team and IT team. This role requires active participation in requirement sessions with business and vendor, and acting as a lead to plan and execute the project within timelines & budget.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross‑functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Required Skills

  • Any degree in computers or IT will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Must be proficient in advanced MS‑Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and other analytical tools.
  • Planning, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Start date: June 2026. This role offers a hybrid model working 2 days from our Peterborough office and 3 days remote. Frequent client visits and occasional weekend work may be necessary.

Job Location: Peterborough (PE2 6FY). Hybrid. Hours: 37.5 per week. Salary: £53,000–56,000 per year. Position: Full Time, Permanent. No of Positions: 1.
