What You Will Do
- Build the pipeline and identify the right levers
- Analyze prospects’ business, tech, and organizational challenges
- Turn SDR-generated meetings into qualified project opportunities by uncovering key issues
- Assess feasibility, product maturity, and collaboration potential
- Qualify inbound opportunities and support the SDR team
- Participate in events, trade shows, and professional networks — occasional travel required
- Lead high‑level first meetings
- Build trust from the very first conversation through strong technical understanding and advisory skills
- Explore the real needs beyond the initial brief
- Present our expertise in dev/AI/cloud/mobile/web/design in a clear and compelling way
- Define a tailored action plan and establish the follow‑up rhythm for each opportunity
- Co‑create ambitious proposals
- Work with our tech leads, designers, and PMs to shape the best possible solution
- Bring solid technical literacy, curiosity, and the ability to understand and challenge technical teams
- Craft a value‑driven, feasible, and strategically aligned vision — with strong synthesis and storytelling to convince stakeholders
- Produce and defend premium, technically sound, business‑oriented proposals
- Negotiate and close
- Steer the entire sales process through to closing
- Protect margins and uphold our product ambition
- Ensure a smooth transition to the delivery teams

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience & Mindset
- 4+ years of experience selling digital or tech solutions
- A background in a digital agency, specialized IT services company, or tech consulting firm
- A strong appetite for technical topics: cloud architecture, AI, mobile, web, data
Core Skills
- Excellent pitching, discovery, and storytelling abilities
- Ability to simplify technical topics and articulate a clear product vision
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders: CTOs, POs, executives, PMs, designers, tech leads
Soft Skills
- Active listening and a strong sense of teamwork
- High standards, autonomy, and strong structuring skills
- A desire to grow within an expert-driven environment
