We are hiring an experienced JIRA Support-Developer to support and enhance enterprise-scale Atlassian environments including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms
• Configure workflows, schemes, permissions, automation, and governance standards
• Build dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
• Manage integrations with CI/CD, ITSM, and reporting tools
• Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with global teams and vendors
• Support Agile, ITSM, Portfolio Management, migrations, and audit activities
• Create and maintain documentation, templates, and operational runbooks

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Atlassian administration and support experience
• Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
• Experience with enterprise-scale Atlassian environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, ITSM, and governance practices
• Experience implementing automation and workflow optimization
• Exposure to integrations with DevOps and reporting tools
• Ability to work with distributed global teams
