JIRA Support-Developer
Location:Paris, France (Hybrid)
Project Start Date
12months+ contract with possible extension
Objective :
Provide operational and enhancement support for the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) to ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business and IT processes.
Activities:
Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms
Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations
Implement and maintain automation to reduce manual effort
Support incident, request, agile, and portfolio use cases
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management needs
Manage integrations with external tools (e.g., CI/CD, ITSM, reporting tools)
Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices
Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
Support Tech Operating Model, enabling transitions, migrations and support audit activities
Key deliverables:
Configured and optimized Jira and Confluence environments
Well documented workflows, templates, and standards
Automated rules and reduced manual operations
Dashboards and reports supporting decision‑making
Knowledge base and operational runbooks
Purpose of the needs within the project:
The resource will support ongoing operations, configuration, and evolution of Atlassian tools, enabling teams to effectively manage demand, delivery, service operations, and documentation while enforcing governance and best practices.
