Jersey RTW Seamstress

We are looking for an independent Professional Seamstress / Tailor for project-based collaboration in the high-level ready-to-wear segment. Our focus is high-quality casual and streetwear, prioritizing individual craftsmanship and high-standard assembly.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: Extensive experience in garment assembly within the high-quality fashion market is mandatory. You must have a deep understanding of the quality benchmarks and aesthetic standards expected by leading brands.
• Technical Proficiency: Exceptional ability to execute complex technical instructions, detailed tech packs, and construction maps. We require a disciplined approach to following specifications with absolute precision during the sewing process.
• Specialization: Proven expertise in constructing and sewing tracksuits, hoodies, sweatshirts, and high-quality casual wear.

Note: Experience in classic tailoring (suits, coats) is not required for this role.

• Material Expertise: Hands-on experience working with heavy cotton, high-density jersey (up to 600 GSM).
• High‑Level Craftsmanship: Execution at the highest level. This includes meticulous inside finishing, clean seams, and impeccable attention to quality detailing.
• Equipment: Must have access to industrial‑grade machinery (overlock, coverstitch, and single‑needle machines) capable of handling ultra-heavyweight textiles without compromising stitch quality.
• The Role: This is a production‑focused role. You will be responsible for the complete assembly of garments‑starting with a master sample and proceeding to small‑batch production‑ensuring every piece aligns with our technical standards.
