Job Responsibilities
- Have a pulse of the business unit and constantly think about how to improve its effectiveness by looking at teams, structure, and processes.
- Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale and culture, and increase productivity and retention.
- Review and analyze people‑related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Interpret and present data and analytics in a way that provides meaningful insight to the business.
- Offer HR policy guidance and advise; ensure seamless execution of all people‑practice programs and processes within the BU.
- Administer organization‑wide programs such as performance reviews, rewards, and recognition.
- Take an active role in designing the HR strategic business plan and managing its execution.
- Create an annual engagement program with extended reach to members’ families and alumni.
- Effectively manage HR operations activities such as MIS, reports, payroll inputs, etc.
- Stay updated on best HR practices across industry and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs.
