Job Description

Consultant - JD Edwards Consultant Purchasing Management P2P and Distribution Module

We are looking for a JDE Expert Consultant to strengthen the Core Model team which is responsible for the Information Systems P2P (Purchase to Pay) area.

Your mission

• Close collaboration and knowledge sharing with team members based in France and internationally
• Compliance with and mastery of the processes implemented on the JD Edwards core model within the Flex team
• Act as a source of proposals and ensure enhancements to the JD Edwards core model for the P2P module
• Assist support teams and train teams
• Gather business requirements
• Prepare and write scenario tests
• Write functional specifications and functional design documentation
• Collaborate with offshore development teams SDLC
• Perform testing to validate development work related to solution improvements
• Collaborate with the Project Manager BPO Business Process Owner and understand requirements through improvementscorrections using the ticketing tool
• Assess the impact and regression of new business requests applied to existing models and processes
• Assess the technical feasibility of new change requests

Required Knowledge

Technical

• Experience with JD Edwards integrationinterfaces with other production tools
• Experience with JD Worldsoft JDE XE or JDE Enterprise One 9x
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with JD Edwards
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Knowledge of ticketing tools
• Basic knowledge of a BI tool
• Knowledge of other JDE modules is recommended

Functional

• Good knowledge of the full cycle of the Purchasing Management and Inventory Management modules
• Good knowledge of the full cycle of the Purchasing Management and Inventory Management modules
• Analytical mindset
• Writing specifications
• English is mandatory

Your profile

• Masters degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in information systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience implementing a full purchasing cycle in JD Edwards or experience improving JD Edwards Worldsoft to Enterprise One or experience in a JD Edwards supportproject team
• Knowledge of the Inventory and Sales Order modules in JDE
• Knowledge of the OMW tool
• Knowledge of UDOs E1 pages grids watchlists etc
• JD Edwards functional consultant for the Purchasing Management module
