Java/PHP Developer

• Contribute to the development of business features in line with roadmaps and sprints
• Design, develop, and test as part of the team’s Agile ceremonies
• Share your expertise and fresh perspective with colleagues in a functionally oriented environment
• Join the team responsible for developing the Civil Ressources Humaines HRIS product suite for local authorities
• Collaborate daily with technical teams, Product Owners, and Customer Service
• Work within Sylvain’s department, managed by the Development Team Manager

Requirements

• Degree or formal training in computer science or a related field
• At least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role
• Design and development experience with Java (Quarkus, Hibernate, Maven, etc.)
• PHP development using the Symfony framework
• Experience with Oracle or other databases, with a strong focus on query performance
• An interest in functional requirements and business processes
• Knowledge of C is a plus
• Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
