ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant Location: Paris, France (2 days onsite per week)Start: September 2026 Duration: Full-time Contract

Our client, a luxury goods organization in Paris, is hiring a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to join their team on a full-time contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and enhancing ITOM capabilities, working closely with technical and functional stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Support the ongoing improvement of Configuration Management processes, including CI data quality, relationships and governance.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and other platform scripting capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ITOM modules, ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and architecture teams to improve visibility of IT services and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills, including platform customization and development.
• Proven experience configuring, developing, and enhancing ITOM solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent French required
