Italian-Market CSM for Mid-Market Expansion (Hybrid)

Riot Security in Paris is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of Mid-Market customers and drive retention and expansion. You will lead onboarding, ongoing value realization, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to maximize customer success in Italy.

The role focuses on building scalable processes for the Italian market and ensuring customers derive continuous value from Riot Security’s platform.
