• Provide technical support to users, remotely or on-site, for the most complex cases
• Diagnose and resolve issues on workstations and servers
• Manage the security of various client infrastructures
• Audit IT systems, make recommendations, and implement improvements
• Participate in R& ;D projects, exploring new technologies and improving monitoring tools
