IT Technical Integration Manager

The IT Technical Integration Manager will serve as the technical expert and programme lead for IT carve‑out and integration of an acquired entity comprising approximately 2,000 users operating across 14 countries. This is a mission‑critical role responsible for designing, orchestrating, and delivering the full spectrum of IT integration activities, from Day 1 readiness through to steady‑state operation, within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget.

The role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, programme delivery, and stakeholder management, requiring both deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

1. Programme Leadership & Day 1 Readiness – Support IT Function Lead in following areas

• Define end-to-end IT integration roadmap, aligned to the overall programme timeline.
• Establish Day 1 readiness criteria and to ensure continuity of all critical business services from legal close date.
• To develop and maintain a comprehensive integration programme plan including milestones, dependencies, risk register, and licensing / 3rd party agreements requirements.
• Work with integration team to managed defined service migration across geographies and time zones.

2. Technical Architecture & Infrastructure Separation

• Conduct detailed assessment of the acquired entity's IT estate: infrastructure, networks, applications, data, security, and third‑party contracts.
• Support design and execute the carve‑out architecture plan, including separation of shared services, network segregation, domain migration, and cloud tenancy transitions.
• Oversee migration of user identities (OKTA / Entra ID), end‑user devices, collaboration platforms (M365), and communication systems.
• Manage IP address re‑allocation, DNS transitions, firewall rule changes, VPN reconfiguration, and SD‑WAN/MPLS circuit modifications with help of integration resources.

3. Application & Data Migration

• Develop application inventory and rationalisation strategy, categorise applications as Retain, Re‑platform, Replace, or Retire.
• Support integration planning of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and business‑critical application migrations including data extraction, cleansing and transformation where applicable.
• Support functional lead to manage third‑party vendor transitions, TSA (Transitional Service Agreements) exits, new contract establishment, and licence transfers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8- 10 years of IT service Management integration experience, including at least 3 full‑cycle IT integrations or carve‑outs at enterprise scale (1,000+ users).
• Proven experience managing IT programmes across multiple countries simultaneously, ideally covering EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, network carve‑outs, and application separations on schedule and within budget.
• Deep hands‑on knowledge in at least three of: cloud infrastructure, M365, ERP migration and network engineering.
• Experience managing third‑party system integrators in a complex carve‑out environment.
• Flexible to travel if required for any onsite integration activities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Prior experience in a large‑scale systems integrator environment.

• This is an active, hands‑on integration delivery role covering 14 countries across world , multi‑timezone working and early/late calls might be required.
• Travel requirement of up to 25% during peak integration phases, reducing post‑stabilisation.
• The role carries significant accountability for programme outcomes with direct reporting to IT Functional Integration lead .
• A dynamic and ambiguous programme environment is to be expected; the ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and adapt quickly.
