IT Systems Integration Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Systems Integration Engineer to join a global international environment supporting critical IT infrastructure, systems integration, and operational technology activities across multiple business units.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Windows infrastructure and integration experience who enjoys working across enterprise environments, supporting deployments, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute system integration activities across enterprise environments
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications
• Work closely with infrastructure, architecture, and application teams to design and implement solutions
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Ensure compatibility between software systems and existing production environments
• Contribute to operational readiness, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with suppliers, software vendors, and integrators
• Support users remotely and on-site when required
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

• DUT/BTS in IT or equivalent with 5–8 years of experience
• OR
• Engineering degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience
• OR
• 10+ years of equivalent hands‑on experience

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server environments
• Experience with Active Directory administration
• Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, printers, workstations)
• Experience installing and supporting enterprise applications
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

• Fluent French (mandatory)
