IT System Administrator (No Czech Required)

Are you an experienced IT infrastructure specialist looking for your next challenge in aglobal environment? We are seeking askilled IT Systems Administrator to join distributed IT team and support the operation and evolution of our infrastructure across multiple data centers and manufacturing sites.

Czech language skills are not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide prompt and efficient support for system-related incidents and issues.
• Monitor IT systems via centralized tools and proactively respond to alerts.
• Ensure regular updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain infrastructure security and performance.
• Oversee the stability of systems in our data centers and production environments.
• Contribute to technical project delivery from planning through implementation.
• Act as abridge between local and international IT teams.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and IT asset inventory.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in infrastructure and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Strong experience in IT system administration, ideally in amanufacturing or international setting.
• Proficient with:
  • Virtualization: VMware
  • Backup Solutions: Veeam
  • Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds
  • Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Batch
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux
  • Networking: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Ticketing Tools: GLPI, Zoho
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and hands-on approach.
• English fluency is required; French is aplus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to headquarters (France).
