Role: L1/L2 IT Support Technician

Location: Genas (69740), France

Secondary Location: Mions (69780) – once a week/as required

Contract: Initial 3 months, with possible extension

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are currently hiring for an L1/L2 IT Support Technician for an immediate contract opportunity in Genas, France , with occasional support required at Mions, France .

Start Date: Immediate

Work Mode: Primarily onsite

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in L1/L2 IT support and end-user computing
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
• Experience with PC imaging, provisioning, deployment and hardware refresh
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word and Excel
• Experience with ITSM tools, incident and xuezdbg service request management
• Good understanding of basic network troubleshooting
• Experience with asset management and device lifecycle activities
• Fluent/professional French is mandatory
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment
