Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to end users
- Manage hardware and software installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

- Train users on new technologies (such as Microsoft 365 or Copilot)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT service management and change management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Share
Point, One
Drive) and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / SAP S4) - Experience working in SOX- or ISO-certified environments
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Ability to work in international, multicultural environments
- Diploma equivalent to BAC+2 (e.g., associate degree) or equivalent IT training
- A Microsoft certification would be a plus
- Advanced level of English
