Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support to end users
  • Manage hardware and software installations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory
  • Train users on new technologies (such as Microsoft 365 or Copilot)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT service management and change management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Share

    Point, One

    Drive) and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / SAP S4)
  • Experience working in SOX- or ISO-certified environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Ability to work in international, multicultural environments
  • Diploma equivalent to BAC+2 (e.g., associate degree) or equivalent IT training
  • A Microsoft certification would be a plus
  • Advanced level of English
