IT Support Intern (Level 1/Level 2)
As part of strengthening our IT team, we are looking for an IT intern or apprentice to support user operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT environment across France and Italy.
You will work in a dynamic and international environment, supporting business-oriented users.
Main responsibilities
User support
Handle requests via a ticketing system
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support:
Collaborative tools (email, storage, calendar)
Internal business tools
Communication tools (chat, messaging)
Apple environment (Mac
Book, i
Phone)
Diagnose and resolve incidents
Escalate complex issues when needed
Onboarding / Offboarding
Create and manage user accounts
Assign access rights and permissions
Prepare and configure devices
Manage offboarding and secure access removal
IT asset management
Track IT equipment
Manage stock and orders
Support IT transformation projects
Documentation & continuous improvement
Write and update IT procedures
Contribute to the knowledge base
Optimize IT processes
Automate simple tasks
International support
Support teams in France and Italy
Daily communication in English
Profile
Technical skills
IT education (Bachelor, technical degree, engineering school…)
Good knowledge of mac
OS
Familiar with collaborative tools (email, drive, chat)
Basic knowledge of systems and networking
First experience in IT support is a plus
