IT Support Engineer - Multiple locations France

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in supporting one of our esteemed clients. This role is onsite in France Multiple locations and requires immediate onboarding . Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a technical interview , so strong hands-on experience with the listed technologies is essential.
Location: France - Cernay Cedex, Saint-Priest, Luce
Work Mode: Onsite
Contract Duration: 1+ Year contract, extendable
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot Windows OS , hardware, and software issues
- Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments
- Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
- Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
- Support printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions
- Deliver VIP / Executive support
- Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- ServiceNow
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems
- AV solution support
- Industrial scanner support
