IT Support Engineer ( Backfill )
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, Macs, printers, and software/applications
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IMAC services, and coordinate with vendors
Support network setup, printer sharing, DHCP/DNS, and L1 LAN troubleshooting
Provide audio-visual, conference room, and VIP support
Support Office 365 and compliance-related software
Manage inventory, assist with procurement, and coordinate with vendors
Hands-on data center support, including servers, storage, network devices, racking/stacking, and cabling
Document incidents, adhere to SLAs, and support events or after-hours activities
Label racks and devices, perform server mounting/movement, and manage console connections
Support mobile and non-PC devices such as scanners, including reboots and cable replacements
Provide backend support for network, server, and application issues
Ensure high-touch service and assist with recurring meetings and events
