IT Support Engineer

***IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) – 6 months + extension - Moselle, France***

RED Global is currently supporting one of our international clients in their search for an IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) for a long‑term contract project.

Location

Moselle, France (ideally 2 days on‑site per week)

Languages

English and French

Key Requirements

• Strong experience supporting Windows environments (Linux knowledge is a plus)
• Experience providing 2nd line support for end users, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, servers, and IT hardware
• Experience with asset management, hardware deployments, and refresh activities
• Familiarity with IT service management processes including incident and change management
• Experience working with vendors and infrastructure teams
