IT Support and Project Coordinator
Location: Paris (Hybrid – Remote and On-site)
Contract Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support and Project Coordinator who excels in providing technical assistance and troubleshooting while also demonstrating strong project coordination skills.
This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation of local IT services while leading and coordinating technology-related projects to support business objectives.
As the sole IT representative in the Paris office, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily IT support activities and coordinating local IT initiatives. They will serve as the primary point of contact between the local office, Corporate IT teams based in Madrid, and external IT suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime and business disruption.
- Maintain and administer IT systems, including user accounts, security settings, and backup processes.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for Corporate IT teams and external IT service providers.
Project Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT-related projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, systems, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Proven experience in IT support, including hardware, software, and networking environments.
- Hands-on experience managing or coordinating small- to medium-sized IT projects.
- Experience working independently in a standalone IT support role is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud-based services.
- Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Sophos, and other enterprise IT tools and platforms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint management.
