Act as the IT Strategic Enterprise Architect to shape the future of enterprise architecture, bring clarity to complexity, and build a simpler, smarter and more connected digital ecosystem for a global organisation.

About the role

This highly visible role will influence how our application and capability landscape evolves over time. You will own and develop the enterprise application and capability blueprint, creating a clear view of current status, desired state and the path to achieve it.

What you will do

• Bring together domain and solution architecture plans into one coherent enterprise view.
• Identify duplication, fragmentation and capability gaps across the application landscape, turning complexity into clear, fact‑based recommendations.
• Shape multi‑year transformation roadmaps that balance ambition, business value, risk, dependencies and delivery capacity.
• Coach and align a federated community of architects, creating shared principles, stronger collaboration and more consistent enterprise thinking.
• Champion experience‑led architecture, helping create a more seamless, intuitive and connected employee experience across the value chain.

What you bring

• Strong Enterprise Architecture experience within a complex, federated IT environment.
• Understanding of application landscapes, integration patterns, digital platforms and capability‑based planning.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, visual and executable roadmaps that senior leaders can understand and act on.
• Confident facilitator and trusted advisor, able to influence teams and leaders without direct authority.
• Strategic thinking, structure, pragmatism and a clear focus on outcomes.
