Job Description:The IT Solution Owner will be responsible for coordinating the technical rollout and support of P2P and T&E solutions, including Basware, Rydoo, or similar systems, across more than 30 countries. This role involves owning the solutions, guiding their implementation, and acting as the gatekeeper to ensure they meet business needs and expectations as specified in functional specifications. The IT Solution Owner will lead and coordinate IT activities with various stakeholders, including Global Product Owner, Global Business Analysts , Architecture, data teams, IT security, local Solution Owners, third-party vendors, the Global Integration Layer (GIL) team, and others.**Job Title:*

This role involves owning the solutions, guiding their implementation, and acting as the gatekeeper to ensure they meet business needs and expectations as specified in functional specifications. The IT Solution Owner will lead and coordinate IT activities with various stakeholders, including Global Product Owner, Global Business Analysts , Architecture, data teams, IT security, local Solution Owners, third-party vendors, the Global Integration Layer (GIL) team, and others.**Mission & Responsibilities*** **Project Management:*
- He/she should monitor the status of the IT project activities, deliverables, and milestones. Implementing relevant project management processes in the initiative, bringing Project Management structure, methodology and consistency. He / she should Implement dependencies management processes and follow them along the way. He/she should also identify any issues, risks, or gaps that might affect the project quality, scope, or timeline. He/she should also document the project progress and report it to the management and ensure the circulation and distribution of information regarding project management.* **Third Party partner management:*
- He / she should Manage the relationships with the software editor and the integrator, coordinate internal Pluxee IT stakeholders. He/she should support and coordinate the activities of the global integrator. He/she should also liaise with relevant teams to ensure the integration meets the Pluxee IT standards and best practices. He/she should appoint the relevant Pluxee Stakeholders and act as a true enabler to allow the integration partner to deliver along with involved parties (Security, Architecture, Global Integration layer teams, Data, other systems)* **Technical Delivery coordination:*
- He/she should Coordinate the delivery of the various integration teams of the delivery (local and global apps) to ensure smooth deployment and cutover. He / she should orchestrate system integration testing with relevant teams organizing testing and validation campaigns to ensure solution validation/acceptance. He / she will Facilitate problem solving & ensure ownership and results of mitigation action plans ensuring relevant rituals & meetings are in place and helping preparation and framing.* **Solution Ownership:*
- Own the P2P and T&E solutions, guiding their implementation and acting as the gatekeeper. Ensure solutions like Basware, Rydoo, or similar systems are effectively integrated and meet business requirements* **Scope and Deliverables tracking:*
- He/she should define and document the project scope and deliverables in a clear and concise manner. He/she should also track the progress of the deliverables and ensure that they are delivered on time. He/she should also manage any changes or deviations from the original scope and deliverables and obtain approval from the stakeholders to move to next project gates. Additionally : + Ensuring compliance with the specifications + Ensuring compliance with timescales and costs + During the project, suggesting possible modifications of objectives (quality, cost, timescale) completion constraints or environment changes + Ensuring the right levels of communication and training of all stakeholders and users* **Articulation of IT cost:*
- He/she should drive the costs of global IT partners involved in the delivery of goods or services related to the project execution.* **Support IT risk & issues log:*
- He/she should maintain a list of technical open items and risks that need to be resolved or mitigated. He/she should also prioritize them based on their impact and urgency. He/she should also assign owners and deadlines for each item or risk and follow up with them regularly and update the status of each item or risk and escalate them if necessary. He / she will be pinpointing, anticipating, and challenging roadblocks, analyzing risks and helping solving issues.**Profile, Experience & key Competencies**Profile :
- Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in Project Management such as PMP, PMI, IPMA, Prince2 and CITPM is a plus
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall projects
- 5-10 year experience in IT Project Management.
- Experience in Finance implementation projects (build and/or run), ideally in a global environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance applications & processes
- Business analysis experience to drive excellence through Interface design and specification
- Fluency in French & English is required. Knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with P2P and T&E solutions like Basware, Rydoo, or similar systems.
