IT/Solution Architect 3DExperience (F/M)

Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a 3DExperience Solution Architect (m/f) to join the OnePlatform DPX department based in Toulouse. You will be part of a team developing solutions based on Dassault 3DExperience products, involved in managing product architecture phases aimed at developing the end-to-end 3DX platform for new programmes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of the end-to-end (E2E) PLM Portfolio Roadmap within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
• Translate client business processes into functional and non-functional IT requirements, while assessing the impact on change management.
• Provide the framing design for IT products, balancing technological opportunities with business needs in line with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
• Partner closely with the IT Product Manager and Technology Specialists to ensure developed solutions continuously align with evolving customer needs.
• Proactively identify business transformation or process improvement opportunities enabled by new technology.
• This position requires a security clearance or requires being eligible for a clearance by the recognized authorities.

Qualifications

• Background in IT / Industrial degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PLM domain, ideally within complex industrial organizations.
• Strong expertise in the Dassault 3DExperience platform (architecture principles, configuration/customization best practices) and Airbus digital mock-up management.
• Influential leadership (negotiation, persuasive skills), methodological rigor, strong synthesis capabilities, autonomy, and cross-functional team spirit.
• Minimum intermediate level (written and spoken) in both French and English.
