Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Solution Architect to join the OnePlatform DPX department within the Development, Production and X. The role involves managing product architecture phases and developing the end‑to‑end 3DX platform for new programmes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of the end‑to‑end PLM Portfolio Roadmap within a SAFe environment.
• Translate client business processes into functional and non‑functional IT requirements, assessing impact on change management.
• Provide the framing design for IT products, balancing technological opportunities with business needs in line with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
• Partner closely with the IT Product Manager and Technology Specialists to ensure solutions continuously align with evolving customer needs.
• Proactively identify business transformation or process improvement opportunities enabled by new technology.

Qualifications

• Background in IT or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the PLM domain, ideally within complex industrial organisations.
• Strong expertise in the Dassault 3DExperience platform (architecture principles, configuration and customization best practices) and Airbus digital mock‑up management.
• Influential leadership, negotiation, persuasive skills, methodological rigor, strong synthesis capabilities, autonomy and cross‑functional team spirit.
• Intermediate level written and spoken French and English.

This position requires a security clearance or is eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.
