IT Service Desk Partner – Nantes (x/f/m)

What you’ll do

On a daily basis, you will receive, qualify and process IT requests and incidents from Doctolibers working in the four countries where Doctolib operates today: Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands.

Remote

• Serve as the single point of contact for users requiring IT support (phone call, open ticket on the helpdesk platform).
• Handle level 1 requests and incidents: access to applications, technical diagnosis, etc.
• Accompany the user from opening of the ticket to complete resolution.
• Escalate incidents to local IT Support teams (level 2).
• Detect incidents or recurring requests with a view to continuous improvement.
• Propose automation or processes to improve user satisfaction.

On site

• Responsible for the IT Corner in our office in Nantes.
• Meeting room management: test, update, replace hardware.
• Occasionally lift equipment up to 20kg (44lbs).
• Occasional availability outside standard business hours may be required for event support (typically once per month for roughly 2hours).

• Rigorous and autonomous, while valuing teamwork.
• Adaptable to change and able to prioritize daily tasks.
• Fluent in English and French.
