Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Security SecOps to join LCH SA IT Security team located in Paris. This role aims at securing LCH SA IT infrastructure and Business application, controlling protection and detection systems, and managing cybersecurity incidents in coordination with Security Operations Centre, to ensure LCH SA Information System is secure, resilient, scalable, and highly available. The ideal candidate will have experience in all key aspects of the cyber security framework related to vulnerability management, cyber incident management, identity and privileged access management, and cyber security service management (reporting and dashboards KPI / SLA).
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Monitor cyber security events from cyber security detection services (internal tooling and outsourced services)
- Deliver cyber security response and recovery in coordination with IT teams
- Deliver cyber security service activities within LCH SA (production and monitoring of SLA and KPI for insourced activities)
- Oversee the cyber security outsourced services with the outsourcers
- Provide support and expertise to other IT Security officers in charge of controls’ execution and assessment
- Deliver cyber security ITIL services (change management, problem management, incident management etc.)
- Deliver security projects in coordination with internal IT teams and IT outsourcers to enhance the LCH SA cyber security posture
What You’ll Be Doing
- Vulnerability Management – Monitor the Threat Intelligence and deliver urgent patching process; Assess all vulnerability scan reports (infra, apps etc.), track and challenge the remediation plans from technology teams
- Cyber security incident management – Monitor cyber security events from internal tooling and outsourced services; Provide high level of expertise related to incident responses (containment, eradication, forensics) and support the technology teams to recovery activities
- Cyber security projects – Deliver and provide technology teams with cyber security expertise as part of the project management
- Cyber security controls – Perform some cyber security controls to ensure that there are no gaps in the LCH SA cyber security posture (anti-malware coverage, firewall rules recertification etc.) and provide expertise on cyber security controls assessment from other IT Security officers
- ITIL cyber security management – Review and challenge the changes, the closure of problems etc. (tech / Business) which may impact on the cyber security profile of the CCP
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional Experience
At least 5 years as a Security Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on controlling security solutions in regulated and highly available environment and delivering cyber security services (cyber security incident management, ITIL services related to cyber etc.).
Additional Qualifications
- Cyber security certification will be a plus such as CISSP, GIAC etc.
